the pricing.
Insect infestation. The entire room had stray ants everywhere, especially in the bathroom.

I felt safe and comfortable coming and going as a woman traveling alone. Staff was very accomodating and upgraded my room without my asking - just to be nice! I liked the microwave and frig - that was handy. It was what I expected - only better I imagine as I got an upgrade. Got a king room on first floor instead of Queen on 2nd.
The first day after first overnight they didn't clean the room - make the bed, change towels, etc. But then they did the next night - I didn't say anything thinking maybe that was part of the budget price. Also, no stopper in the tub and I love baths.

There were ants in the bathroom tub and on our towels. We asked for a non smoke room and it reaked of cigarettes.

A Cozy Spot with Room for Improvement
My stay left me mixed emotions. Although the layout felt cramped and connectivity was lacking, I really enjoyed the nearby local diners offering delicious breakfast options. Remember to check your wifi connectivity beforehand. The fresh decor gives it charm despite a few hitches.

The price.
The air conditioner did not work very well. We were sweating in a sauna all night.

Nice hotel in a particularly good location near stores, helpful personal. Location adjacent to AN AMAZING RESTAURANT, a shopping center and castle park. A great selection of food options within easy walking distance of the venue.

It would have been nicer if we didn't find a hypodermic needle in the bathroom when we checked in!

This was the third worst hotel experience I've ever had. The others included dog feces and bedbugs respectively. This was slightly better.

Linens were clean.
I have paid online using my Amex card which has verification code. When I reached the hotel, the man who looks like dead asked to see my card and my Driver's License. When I showed it to him, he got it and made a copy of it at the back of the registration form he gave me. In the morning, I asked if I could have the registration back so that I could remove the personal information there. He won't even hand it to me. He said the management will tear it off later. I said why don't you tear it off now? He won'T. I'm afraid they might do something with my personal information(identity theft). For this reason alone, I recommend people not to stay in this motel.

Fresh paint and decent furniture add a bit of flair to the rooms. The beds, while encased in plastic, still provide a decent spot for a quick nap after a long day of traveling.
The overall upkeep leaves something to be desired. The bathrooms, in particular, could use a thorough cleaning. Showers appeared dirty, and the amount of towels and toilet paper was noticeably low-definitely not ideal for a longer stay. The mattress felt hollow and the blanket had a tear, which might be bothersome for some. Wi-Fi and phone service were inconsistent. This place might work for a quick overnight pit stop, but not for an extended adventure.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel just about 2days ago! The maid took it upon herself to let an unwanted visitor in my room while my husband and I were sleeping. Then they called me immediately after and toldme I couldn't have visitors then to top it off I had paid for a week and they kicked me out the next day because they say that I lied!! Wow. Can u believe that?!
